Due to the global pandemic outbreak of Covid-19 and for the safety and protection of the health of our staff, stylists, and clients, we are implementing additional safety measures in compliance with the safety precautions published by the CDC and Pennsylvania State Board of Cosmetology.

Symptoms of Covid-19

• Fever

• Fatigue

• Dry Cough

• Difficulty Breathing

• Vomiting

• Gastrointestinal Issues

• Loss of smell

Waiver and release – I hereby waive all claims and forever release Something You Onsite Beauty Services LLC, including it’s employees and contractors, successors, heirs, and representatives as applicable, in their individual corporate capacities, of all claims, liabilities, agreements, and causes of action of any nature due to any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, that may arise out of my services performed by Something You Onsite Beauty Services LLC.

By signing below, I agree to the above statements and release Something You Onsite Beauty Services LLC, it’s staff and practitioners from any and all liability for the unintentional exposure or harm due to Covid-19.

The artists and contractors of Something You Onsite Beauty Services LLC agree to abide by these same standards and affirm the same.  We also affirm that we have improved and expanded our safety and sanitation protocols to more thoroughly prevent the spread of Covid19 and other communicable conditions.
